With an all-out effort, NANO FC's Aloísio Rodrigues threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Guaberto Cesario, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Ladislao Bermudo came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Warren FC - DMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Bermudo couldn't finish the play. Warren FC - DMZ's Aloísio Rodrigues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Niguel in the 90th minute of play. Zeledon Niguel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute, Simão Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
