Club Atletico Arteixo's Baltazar De la Torre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulrik Lindmark in the 8th minute of play. Club Atletico Arteixo's Qiao Hong Jian got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bastia Zabalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oliver Springfält showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Toxeiro in the 14th minute of the match. A collision led to Club Atletico Arteixo getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. David Grau hit a great ball. When Qiao Hong Jian came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Club Atletico Arteixo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Qiao Hong Jian couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Sainz got free with Baltazar De la Torre in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Qiao Hong Jian during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 22 played minutes Club Atletico Arteixo got a freekick which was hit by Qiao Hong Jian. 26 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Arteixo's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Rune Palm came free, but Baltazar De la Torre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, FC Kenglo's goal looked a bit too open when Qiao Hong Jian came free, but Oliver Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bela Ocaña took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Oliver Springfält. FC Kenglo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 34th minute, FC Kenglo's Carlos Sainz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Baltazar De la Torre. Baltazar De la Torre yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Oliver Springfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qiao Hong Jian, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Gottfrid Hermansson's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Arteixo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gottfrid Hermansson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Kenglo's Gottfrid Hermansson got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute Marcelino Toxeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Springfält saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andoni Coello kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Sven-Åke Klemensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oliver Springfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qiao Hong Jian, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Qiao Hong Jian in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oliver Springfält saved FC Kenglo from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Qiao Hong Jian stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baltazar De la Torre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Palm in the 51st minute of play. Marcelino Toxeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oliver Springfält showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qiao Hong Jian in the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulrik Lindmark in the 61st minute of play forced Club Atletico Arteixo's goalkeeper Baltazar De la Torre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Navas charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcos Navas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC Kenglo made a substitution. Birger Rydelius replaced Bengt-Rune Palm. In the 66th minute of the match Sven-Åke Klemensson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baltazar De la Torre showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 71 minutes, Benito Pearce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Kenglo and the Club Atletico Arteixo players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Club Atletico Arteixo booed when FC Kenglo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benito Pearce didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Club Atletico Arteixo's Bela Ocaña seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bela Ocaña the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Club Atletico Arteixo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bela Ocaña had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. If Georg Klintæus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
