After having played for 9 minutes, Israel Oliviero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Del Santo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Israel Oliviero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Del Santo FC's Luciano Eleder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edilberto Figueroa in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Del Santo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustacio Rufo to maneuver through the defense. Eustacio Rufo kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Barea Martinez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Oliviero, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Israel Oliviero might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Barea Martinez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Israel Oliviero ran back to his position shaking his head. Severiano Vargas kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Sobrecastell UD's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Mendebal came free, but Barea Martinez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barea Martinez was a little too slow when Eustacio Rufo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hassan Galnares during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hassan Galnares hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edilberto Figueroa made a kick off. Barea Martinez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Oliviero, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 58th match minute, Sobrecastell UD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Cabezas to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Del Santo FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Angelo Mendebal hit a great ball. Sobrecastell UD's Barea Martinez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Israel Oliviero in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute, Zuriko Salan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute, Eustacio Rufo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85thth minute of the game Edilberto Figueroa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Del Santo FC's Luciano Eleder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Del Santo FC's Israel Oliviero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Barea Martinez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luciano Eleder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edilberto Figueroa in the 88th minute of the match. Edilberto Figueroa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luciano Eleder having to make a save. Wilfredo Lico kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. A collision led to Del Santo FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Angelo Mendebal hit a great ball. Del Santo FC's Luciano Eleder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Del Santo FC from getting a goal against them.
