After 17 played minutes Ubatuba got a freekick which was hit by Armando Tavares. Cauan Teles struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Yan do Valle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Carmo De Kiev. Navarro Montoya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Paulo Pereira in the 19th minute. A collision led to Ubatuba getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Valdomiro Barros hit a great ball. Yan do Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Ivarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Navarro Montoya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Paulo Pereira in the 27th minute. Aílton Cearense kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Cecilio Manny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Navarro Montoya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Navarro Montoya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natã do Vale in the 34th minute. F.C. Carmo De Kiev's Navarro Montoya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Carmo De Kiev from getting a goal against them. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After 52 played minutes F.C. Carmo De Kiev got a freekick which was hit by Lars Ivarsson. In the 53rd minute, Natã do Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Ubatuba's Yan do Valle got control of the ball when Aílton Cearense tried to sneak it across the goal line. Viktor Ambrosetti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ubatuba getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Edvaldo Trevisan hit a great ball. Navarro Montoya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Ambrosetti in the 66th minute of play. Cecilio Manny took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Navarro Montoya. Navarro Montoya dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. When Renatinho de Lima fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ubatuba's protests and gave Renatinho de Lima a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ubatuba getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Renatinho de Lima hit a great ball. Navarro Montoya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktor Ambrosetti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Natã do Vale hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Yan do Valle made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Thiago Junior sent off a good shot on target. Ubatuba's Yan do Valle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Ubatuba from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Ambrosetti in the 88th minute of play forced F.C. Carmo De Kiev's goalkeeper Navarro Montoya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 91st minute of the match Luiz Paulo Pereira completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Luiz Paulo Pereira a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 92nd minute, Luiz Paulo Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ubatuba players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
