The supporters of FRANK booed when Gep FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquilino Romo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugo Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Müller in the 12th minute of play. When FRANK's Stefan Mathiassen in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gep FC's goalie prevented a goal. Saul Nesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Ignado in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Juan Müller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gep FC's Saul Nesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Mathiassen in the 23rd minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Stefan Mathiassen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Saul Nesto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A hard shot 26 in the game by Juan Müller from a close distance when the talented Hugo Moraes managed to make a qualified save. FRANK's players were relieved. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gep FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Stefan Mathiassen was slow to take the kick. During this time FRANK's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Stefan Mathiassen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Saul Nesto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. FRANK were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Gep FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stefan Mathiassen took the corner. Saul Nesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteban Ignado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wout Gheysen hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Gep FC's Hugo Moraes threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Elvio Louis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Saul Nesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Mathiassen, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Saul Nesto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stefan Mathiassen went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After the first half FRANK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juan Müller to strike the kick off in the second half. Hugo Moraes came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Gep FC's Elvio Louis. But to his dismay, Elvio Louis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 58 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when Elvio Louis came free, but Hugo Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Lizardi in the 59th minute of play forced FRANK's goalkeeper Hugo Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saul Nesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Mathiassen, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. FRANK's Hugo Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Louis in the 63rd minute of play. Hugo Moraes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sun Xing Jian went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 67th minute Juan Müller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gep FC's Saul Nesto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Gep FC from getting a goal against them. After 70 minutes, Roald Engebakken mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FRANK and the Gep FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roald Engebakken hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Müller came free, but Hugo Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FRANK's Hugo Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Louis in the 75th minute of play. Hugo Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Müller in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Lizardi came free, but Hugo Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elvio Louis in the 84th minute of play forced FRANK's goalkeeper Hugo Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FRANK's Håvard Levang got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 93 minutes into the game, Gep FC's Elvio Louis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hugo Moraes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Elvio Louis struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Hugo Moraes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gep FC. Gep FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
