In the 6thth minute of the game Kjell Alsvik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holy Cross Mountains's Guy Davis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Oliver Can managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Holy Cross Mountains's Horea Decuseară fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 8 minutes, Horea Decuseară managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Holy Cross Mountains's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horea Decuseară was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oliver Can made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Shields in the 10th minute. In the 17th minute, Emanuel Stroescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Holy Cross Mountains's Guy Davis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell Alsvik in the 20th minute of play. Oliver Can showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Stroescu in the 22nd minute of the match. If Rafael Haimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Holy Cross Mountains's Guy Davis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Haimar in the 30th minute of play. Guy Davis came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by La Gallardeta's Rafael Haimar. But to his dismay, Rafael Haimar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 35th minute, Timos Karabelas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guy Davis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Oliver Can showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horea Decuseară, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Oliver Can made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horea Decuseară in the 42nd minute. In the 46th minute Kjell Alsvik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guy Davis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horea Decuseară was the one to do the kick off. Guy Davis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell Alsvik in the 53rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Horea Decuseară in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oliver Can saved La Gallardeta from getting behind. Guy Davis was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Timos Karabelas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Timos Karabelas really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. With a little luck, Holy Cross Mountains's Guy Davis got control of the ball when Timos Karabelas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guy Davis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Chayo in the 63rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Holy Cross Mountains's 柯翔峰 got a free kick in the 64th minute. Amado Chayo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Guy Davis made a huge save. Konstanty Figlewski kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After 75 played minutes La Gallardeta got a freekick which was hit by Konstanty Figlewski. If Rafael Haimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Holy Cross Mountains's Guy Davis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Chayo in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd minute La Gallardeta were awarded a corner. Rafael Haimar went to the cornerflag to take it. Rafael Haimar made a great header on La Gallardeta's corner, it was just that Holy Cross Mountains's Guy Davis managed to reach the ball for a save. Horea Decuseară struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Oliver Can didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Holy Cross Mountains. After 90 played minutes Holy Cross Mountains got a freekick which was hit by Hugon Budacz. Pedro Shields hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Guy Davis was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Filip Měchura capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Filip Měchura really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4.
