Armada's supporters rose to their feet, but Róbert Benkó was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmo Saldanha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 18th minute Ruy de Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Enoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emanuel Enoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chico de Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Armada's He Wei Feng was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dalmo Saldanha in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chico de Sousa made a kick off. Dobromir Zagrodny's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Emanuel Enoiu firmly grabbed it by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Xu Li Sang kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emanuel Enoiu. That made the score 0-2 in the 57 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chico de Sousa in the 84th minute of play forced Armada's goalkeeper Emanuel Enoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmo Saldanha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Igon, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Dalmo Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Igon in the 87th minute of the match. Jovens Democratas MZC played a much better game than Armada and deserved their victory. The Armada players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
