Neymar Hulk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgar Poe having to make a save. Edgar Poe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Váldson Lopez in the 20th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Royal Excel Mouscron's goal looked a bit too open when Macho Oprișor came free, but Edgar Poe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Jonas Tunberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Levani Peru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Neymar Hulk in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Poe saved Royal Excel Mouscron from getting behind. Royal Excel Mouscron's Edgar Poe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Váldson Lopez in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Edgar Poe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Macho Oprișor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgar Poe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Macho Oprișor in the 63rd minute. SinháCity FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Romulo Campello in the 64th minute. Romulo Campello made a great header on SinháCity FC's corner, it was just that Royal Excel Mouscron's Edgar Poe managed to reach the ball for a save. Edgar Poe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Váldson Lopez in the 66th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Váldson Lopez in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Poe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Royal Excel Mouscron's Edgar Poe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Royal Excel Mouscron from getting a goal against them. Neymar Hulk who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Edgar Poe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Edgar Poe was a little too slow when Nestor Silva got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 0-3. Edgar Poe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Váldson Lopez in the 92nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Silva got free with Edgar Poe in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Royal Excel Mouscron fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SinháCity FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
