Gudesteo Quincoces didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gheorghe Cunea went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 22 minutes into the match, Steaua Bucuresti's goal looked a bit too open when Santikurtz Brunet came free, but Radu Isaicu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Steaua Bucuresti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gheorghe Cunea to maneuver through the defense. Gudesteo Quincoces showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurel Pandrea, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈'s Santikurtz Brunet got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aron Ciorăscu hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Gudesteo Quincoces made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aron Ciorăscu in the 41st minute of play. Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈'s Gudesteo Quincoces played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aron Ciorăscu in the 42nd minute of play. Gudesteo Quincoces showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurel Pandrea in the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, Ferdinand Vasiliu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Gudesteo Quincoces was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurel Pandrea got free with Gudesteo Quincoces in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side.
