After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Español's Joaquin Hug got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Español's goal looked a bit too open when Abdulhamit Beycan came free, but Turgut Talha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nistor Sârban in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Turgut Talha saved Club Deportivo Español from getting behind. Jose Abar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Konstanty Wawro made a huge save. In the 8th minute Karol Swiderski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Turgut Talha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Chayo in the 20th minute of play forced Rega Merida CF's goalkeeper Konstanty Wawro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Vacid Nefer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstanty Wawro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Turgut Talha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karol Swiderski in the 24th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Nistor Sârban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rega Merida CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Nistor Sârban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Turgut Talha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Turgut Talha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lech Matela in the 30th minute of play. After 32 played minutes Rega Merida CF got a freekick which was hit by Ryan Gravenhorst. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rega Merida CF's goalkeeper Konstanty Wawro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A hard shot 35 in the game by Jose Abar from a close distance when the talented Konstanty Wawro managed to make a qualified save. Rega Merida CF's players were relieved. Nistor Sârban's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Turgut Talha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Rega Merida CF were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after Club Deportivo Español's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elpidio Umbruso took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Abdulhamit Beycan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Turgut Talha quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vacid Nefer was the one to do the kick off. Nistor Sârban might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Turgut Talha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nistor Sârban ran back to his position shaking his head. 55 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Español's goal looked a bit too open when Nistor Sârban came free, but Turgut Talha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Konstanty Wawro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Chayo in the 59th minute of play. Club Deportivo Español's Turgut Talha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nistor Sârban in the 63rd minute of play. If Nistor Sârban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 66 minutes into the match, Rega Merida CF's Nistor Sârban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Turgut Talha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Karol Swiderski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Turgut Talha having to interfere. Rega Merida CF made a substitution. Konrad Knopek replaced Nistor Sârban. Konstanty Wawro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Chayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Turgut Talha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulhamit Beycan in the 74th minute of the match. In the 75thth minute of the game Abdulhamit Beycan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Deportivo Español's Turgut Talha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 81st match minute, Rega Merida CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantin Arnăuțescu to maneuver through the defense. Rega Merida CF's Konstanty Wawro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Abar in the 82nd minute of play. With a little luck, Club Deportivo Español's Turgut Talha got control of the ball when Bartosz Loncki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Turgut Talha made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Konrad Knopek sent off a good shot on target. The Club Deportivo Español players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
