KD Stiger's Ulf Olofsson got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teofilo Unai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, KD Stiger's Llorienzo Mora got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 13th minute Nils Bohr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Blixt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Blixt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teofilo Unai in the 15th minute. In the 24th minute Krasimir Balakov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Blixt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Georg Danielsson hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Nils Bohr got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Bohr in the 29th minute of play forced KD Stiger's goalkeeper Benjamin Blixt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ron Tomkin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilgot Sandberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Benjamin Blixt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Unai in the 43rd minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, KD Stiger's goalkeeper Benjamin Blixt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teofilo Unai.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teofilo Unai made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Baby Snakes's zone, Vilgot Sandberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ron Tomkin came out of the goal and Vilgot Sandberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Teofilo Unai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute Ulf Olofsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ron Tomkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Llorienzo Mora hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. The supporters of Baby Snakes booed when KD Stiger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Llorienzo Mora didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Krasimir Balakov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baby Snakes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Krasimir Balakov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Baby Snakes's zone, Vilgot Sandberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ron Tomkin came out of the goal and Vilgot Sandberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 86 minutes of play, Baby Snakes's İnanç Özben made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benjamin Blixt was left in no man's land by his defense there! İnanç Özben received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Benjamin Blixt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teofilo Unai took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benjamin Blixt. Benjamin Blixt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When the referee ended the match the Baby Snakes players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
