Redha Elin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomáš Ikalewicz in the 14th minute. Walery Kiszkiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Fikus in the 16th minute of play. Bogdan Fikus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Walery Kiszkiel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Bogdan Fikus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walery Kiszkiel was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bogdan Fikus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 80thth minute of the game Bogdan Fikus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mrocezenko SSA's Walery Kiszkiel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bogdan Fikus got free with Walery Kiszkiel in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Redha Elin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klement Owsiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mrocezenko SSA's goalkeeper Walery Kiszkiel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The RS Wikowyje supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing RS Wikowyje would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
