Hamburg Fighters's Pavlos Konstantakakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Einar Hedström in the 4th minute of play. Digital Monsterz FC's Isak Jacobsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Digital Monsterz FC from getting a goal against them. Isak Jacobsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianni Balla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pavlos Konstantakakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Heidemann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 minutes Hamburg Fighters's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. Pavlos Konstantakakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Heidemann in the 28th minute of play. After 32 minutes Hamburg Fighters's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Birger Spetz who took care of the corner kick. In the 35th minute, Per Schmettau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Heidemann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pavlos Konstantakakis having to make a save. In the 40th minute, Leandro Heidemann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pavlos Konstantakakis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Leandro Heidemann kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute of the match, Gianluca Balla got a very nice opportunity to score, but Isak Jacobsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A nice corner shot did that Gianni Balla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Isak Jacobsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 47th minute, Leandro Heidemann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pavlos Konstantakakis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leandro Heidemann to strike the kick off in the second half. Digital Monsterz FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Birger Spetz in the 66th minute. Christer Nyberg was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Digital Monsterz FC's goalkeeper Isak Jacobsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Pavlos Konstantakakis managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Digital Monsterz FC's Leandro Heidemann fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 76th minute, Digital Monsterz FC's Leandro Heidemann ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pavlos Konstantakakis. Pavlos Konstantakakis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. 80 minutes into the game, Per Schmettau threw the ball into play from the sideline. Digital Monsterz FC's Christer Nyberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Hamburg Fighters's Pavlos Konstantakakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Hamburg Fighters from getting a goal against them. Gianluca Balla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Digital Monsterz FC made a substitution. Anıl Özkut replaced Leandro Heidemann. Anıl Özkut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pavlos Konstantakakis was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Christer Nyberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Christer Nyberg really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4.
