Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's Luciano Maciel quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Lütfi Kutlubay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdika Philip in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thibault Delanoë in the 19th minute of play forced Salud y República's goalkeeper Juan Carlos Suciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Richard da Fonseca in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa were awarded a corner. Richard da Fonseca went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Luciano Maciel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Juan Carlos Suciu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 24 minutes into the game, Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's Thibault Delanoë nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Carlos Suciu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Nisio Riba hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the game, Richard da Fonseca threw the ball into play from the sideline. Salud y República's Ximen Feria quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 34 minutes into the match, Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's goalkeeper Lütfi Kutlubay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdika Philip. Zanko Shosev scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juan Carlos Suciu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nisio Riba made in the 41st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Abdika Philip immediately put the ball in play. The throw-in from Nisio Riba in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's Israel Otsando. Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's Zanko Shosev got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the game, Rey Guillotin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salud y República's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa the free kick. In the 47th match minute, Salud y República was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rey Guillotin to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abdika Philip stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ximen Feria kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Richard da Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Carlos Suciu having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Zanko Shosev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa made a substitution. Sal Darby replaced Richard da Fonseca. Lütfi Kutlubay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdika Philip in the 86th minute of the match. Juan Carlos Suciu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sal Darby in the 87th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Salud y República's Abdika Philip nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lütfi Kutlubay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 96th minute, Ximen Feria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Salud y República fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
