In the 9th match minute, Joxa mé trasan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaj Kruuse to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Silvio Asier hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. Joxa mé trasan's Edward Engström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matouš Carda in the 15th minute of play. When AFC - Curitiba's Jan Bykowski in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Edward Engström came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by AFC - Curitiba's August Wahlnäs. But to his dismay, August Wahlnäs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Edward Engström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Bykowski in the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the game, AFC - Curitiba's Jan Bykowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edward Engström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Edward Engström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matouš Carda's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Silvio Asier hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 45 minutes into the match, AFC - Curitiba's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Lange came free, but Fausto da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the AFC - Curitiba defense, Gabriel Lange kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fausto da Rocha. The AFC - Curitiba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fausto da Rocha should have stopped the shot. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jan Bykowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edward Engström made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Romário Ortiz sent off a good shot on target. When Joseba Roa came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the AFC - Curitiba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joseba Roa couldn't finish the play. Matouš Carda kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Joxa mé trasan's goalkeeper Edward Engström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Bykowski. With a little luck, Joxa mé trasan's Edward Engström got control of the ball when Jan Bykowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Romário Ortiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th match minute, Joxa mé trasan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arman von Liechtenstein to maneuver through the defense. Edward Engström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from August Wahlnäs, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
