Joxa mé trasan's Edward Engström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cris Gol in the 24th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cris Gol got free with Edward Engström in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Joxa mé trasan's Edward Engström got control of the ball when Cris Gol tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After 51 minutes of play, Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Cris Gol made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 61st minute Cris Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Engström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Joxa mé trasan! Joxa mé trasan:s Edward Engström showed great skill when he stopped Zhu Yue:s penalty. In the 77th minute Arne Bronco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor Damas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adhemar Amaral's late challenge caught a Joxa mé trasan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adhemar Amaral helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th match minute, Predador Brasiliense MZBR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adhemar Amaral to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Camerino Lavalle in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edward Engström saved Joxa mé trasan from getting behind. Joxa mé trasan's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
