The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes Piernas Locas Crane FC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Gorri. Horacio Ishmael made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Teodoro Freire sent off a good shot on target. Teodoro Freire's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 5thth minute, Horacio Ishmael skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Freire in the 10th minute of play forced Piernas Locas Crane FC's goalkeeper Horacio Ishmael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AM United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adelino Palma in the 11th minute. The corner ended in Adelino Palma almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Piernas Locas Crane FC's Horacio Ishmael did a great save. Thanks to some nice moves Angelo Pessoa could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Horacio Ishmael however easily saved by the left post. After 12th play minutes Teodoro Freire shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Horacio Ishmael and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 15th minute, Americo Millan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Piernas Locas Crane FC's Horacio Ishmael got control of the ball when Teodoro Freire tried to sneak it across the goal line. David Bastos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laureano Amato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 played minutes Piernas Locas Crane FC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Loco. Horacio Ishmael made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teodoro Freire in the 25th minute. After 29 played minutes Piernas Locas Crane FC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Loco. Roberto Tinoco took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Horacio Ishmael. Piernas Locas Crane FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Piernas Locas Crane FC's goalkeeper Horacio Ishmael, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. David Bastos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laureano Amato, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Horacio Ishmael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Freire, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 played minutes Piernas Locas Crane FC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Loco. Teodoro Freire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. David Bastos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Txomin in the 45th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Piernas Locas Crane FC's Manuel Gorri got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teodoro Freire stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of AM United booed when Piernas Locas Crane FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Loco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute Teodoro Freire shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Ishmael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrique Txomin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodoro Freire recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 63 minutes, Manuel Gorri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piernas Locas Crane FC and the AM United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Piernas Locas Crane FC's Manuel Gorri got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 64 minutes in the game Cipriano Loco did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Americo Millan. David Bastos made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Enrique Txomin sent off a good shot on target. Manuel Gorri kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After 73 played minutes Piernas Locas Crane FC got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Txomin. AM United's David Bastos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Amato in the 76th minute of play. Enrique Txomin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but David Bastos made a huge save. Cipriano Loco hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Piernas Locas Crane FC's Cipriano Loco got his second yellow card of the match in the 82nd minute. The referee ordered Cipriano Loco off the ground. In the 82nd minute, Cipriano Loco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Teodoro Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Bastos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Americo Millan in the 88th minute. 96 minutes into the match, AM United's goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Amato came free, but David Bastos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, AM United could leave the field as winners, despite Piernas Locas Crane FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
