Robert Aurelianu kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes into the game, Marius Macovei cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sammy Godts was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 9th minute Marius Macovei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sammy Godts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Robert Aurelianu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sammy Godts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Macovei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Marius Macovei made a precise shot to the right of Sammy Godts. Suikerklontjes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Marius Macovei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. MasterBets's Ramiro Marin was substituted for Dorel Isăcescu. The MasterBets fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when MasterBets's Marius Macovei looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sammy Godts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihnea Arnăuțoiu in the 25th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Mihnea Arnăuțoiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MasterBets fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. If Marius Macovei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 35 minutes into the match, MasterBets's goalkeeper Gigel Zăvoiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boris Kortens. Sammy Godts came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by MasterBets's Mihnea Arnăuțoiu. But to his dismay, Mihnea Arnăuțoiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The MasterBets fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when MasterBets's Marius Macovei looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. MasterBets's Gigel Zăvoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yoachim Hauwaerts in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Mihnea Arnăuțoiu got free with Sammy Godts in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 57 played minutes MasterBets got a freekick which was hit by Vedat Tuğlu. In the 60th minute, Marius Macovei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sammy Godts was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. In the 64th match minute, MasterBets was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Marin to maneuver through the defense. Bryan Van Deuren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gigel Zăvoiu. MasterBets's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match had been going on for 67 minutes, MasterBets's Marius Macovei got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Sammy Godts. MasterBets's Daniel Daraban was substituted for Bogdan Aluneanu. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marius Macovei got free with Sammy Godts in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Suikerklontjes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mihnea Arnăuțoiu was slow to take the kick. During this time MasterBets's players had a chance to rest. Mihnea Arnăuțoiu made a great header on MasterBets's corner, it was just that Suikerklontjes's Sammy Godts managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of MasterBets booed when Suikerklontjes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herald Van de Goor didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Suikerklontjes's Sammy Godts got control of the ball when Marius Macovei tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Marius Macovei put it in 0-11 from a short distance just to the right of Sammy Godts. MasterBets's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
