In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Gdansk36's goalkeeper Adam Matysek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Willem-Jan Dittman made in the 31st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Witomir Zworski however managed to control. When Franky Dhondt came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Cardo Ruso Cordobés fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franky Dhondt couldn't finish the play. Franky Dhondt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adam Matysek having to make a save. Adam Matysek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franky Dhondt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyprian Rekowski in the 35th minute of play forced Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goalkeeper Julio Falcioni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cardo Ruso Cordobés's 狄钢远 managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Willem-Jan Dittman in the 39 minute of the game. Adam Matysek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franky Dhondt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adam Matysek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The FC Gdansk36 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cardo Ruso Cordobés were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Franky Dhondt to make the kick off.
