The supporters of Atletico Aragua FC booed when FC Barcelona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tanek Zielinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 played minutes FC Barcelona got a freekick which was hit by Tanek Zielinski.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lauro Acebal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arkadiusz Barniszke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bizi Faubelo in the 54th minute. Arnold Collins blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arkadiusz Barniszke having to make a save. After 57th play minutes Arnold Collins shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Arkadiusz Barniszke and just under the crossbar into goal. Haitz Langarica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szymon Bugajski in the 63rd minute of the match. Lauro Acebal was extremely unlucky when he, in the 64th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Arnold Collins received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arkadiusz Barniszke came out and tried to block the shot, but Arnold Collins slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 87th minute. In the 93rd minute, Waclaw Ochabski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute of the match, Rafe Vallina got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arkadiusz Barniszke was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Atletico Aragua FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
