In the 32nd minute, Lech Polek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elmo Jaanovits's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arkadiusz Barniszke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. At last the ball reached Asko Kuul at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of FC Barcelona. 0-3.
