Ni Tian Peng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from King Scorpio in the 10th minute of play. In the 14th minute, King Scorpio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ni Tian Peng was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 18 minutes into the game, King Scorpio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ni Tian Peng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ni Tian Peng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from King Scorpio, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 24 minutes El Pinar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcin Pachucki who took care of the corner kick. Ni Tian Peng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from King Scorpio in the 25th minute of the match. If James Batistuta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. James Batistuta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 33 minutes of play, A4p FC Gad's Dumitru Purcărete made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ni Tian Peng was left in no man's land by his defense there! If King Scorpio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 36 minutes into the match, El Pinar's goal looked a bit too open when King Scorpio came free, but Ni Tian Peng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, King Scorpio made a precise shot to the right of Ni Tian Peng. El Pinar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Ni Tian Peng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from James Batistuta in the 43rd minute of play. King Scorpio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ni Tian Peng read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell King Scorpio to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind El Pinar's goalkeeper Ni Tian Peng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. James Batistuta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ni Tian Peng came out and tried to block the shot, but James Batistuta slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 54th minute. El Pinar's Ni Tian Peng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by King Scorpio in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, El Pinar's Fredrik Holden got a free kick in the 58th minute. James Batistuta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Ni Tian Peng made a huge save. The audience was convinced that King Scorpio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ni Tian Peng was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. King Scorpio scored 0-7 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ni Tian Peng, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A4p FC Gad's Anfilogino Manzi was substituted for Erasmo Damião. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toma Merlushkin in the 77th minute of play forced A4p FC Gad's goalkeeper Glenn Fyfe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, King Scorpio notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of El Pinar's Ni Tian Peng. Ni Tian Peng was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 82 minutes of play, A4p FC Gad's King Scorpio made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ni Tian Peng was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes in the game Fredrik Holden did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Mantzio Mena. El Pinar's Ni Tian Peng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save El Pinar from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 0-11 when Gică Busuioc sped through El Pinar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ni Tian Peng. A4p FC Gad's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
