The supporters of FK LIQENORET booed when ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ntinos Giasemis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β defense, Tedi Male kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alekos Gaitanopoulos. The ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alekos Gaitanopoulos should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tedi Male in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alekos Gaitanopoulos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 13th minute Tedi Male shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alekos Gaitanopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FK LIQENORET's Benjamin Malvin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stelios Daniilopoulos in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's Kyriakos Theodoridis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Benjamin Malvin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stelios Daniilopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. FK LIQENORET's Benjamin Malvin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save FK LIQENORET from getting a goal against them. Benjamin Malvin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sotiris Tevekelis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes, Tedi Male made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's Alekos Gaitanopoulos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. FK LIQENORET's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tedi Male in the 37th minute. FK LIQENORET's Tedi Male was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alekos Gaitanopoulos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ntinos Giasemis hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 47thth minute of the game Olof Asplund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's Alekos Gaitanopoulos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Remzi Tole managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK LIQENORET's supporters rose to their feet, but Remzi Tole was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alekos Gaitanopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tedi Male fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alekos Gaitanopoulos having to interfere. Benjamin Malvin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stelios Daniilopoulos in the 63rd minute of play. Alekos Gaitanopoulos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tedi Male's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Benjamin Malvin came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's Stelios Daniilopoulos. But to his dismay, Stelios Daniilopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ntinos Giasemis in the 74th minute. The audience was convinced that Tedi Male's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alekos Gaitanopoulos was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. In the 77th minute, Stathis Leontiou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2.
