Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Zygmunt Koprowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Zygmunt Koprowski made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Samuel Farmer sent off a good shot on target. Marcus Deacon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iacob Vernescu went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Marcus Deacon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxim Sfetcu in the 15th minute of the match. Marcus Deacon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisc Bîndean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind BVB 09's goalkeeper Zygmunt Koprowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when William Symons got free with Zygmunt Koprowski in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute Iacob Vernescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Deacon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, BVB 09's Zygmunt Koprowski got control of the ball when Samuel Farmer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zygmunt Koprowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steve Oliver in the 37th minute of the match. In the 40th minute BVB 09 were awarded a corner. Codrin Ieremia went to the cornerflag to take it. Marcus Deacon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxim Sfetcu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcus Deacon came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by BVB 09's Maxim Sfetcu. But to his dismay, Maxim Sfetcu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Maxim Sfetcu made the kick off in the second half. Maxim Sfetcu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Marcus Deacon made a huge save. Iacob Vernescu hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Zygmunt Koprowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steve Oliver in the 53rd minute of play. Zygmunt Koprowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steve Oliver in the 54th minute of the match. Marcus Deacon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxim Sfetcu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of BVB 09 booed when Mayo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arlindo Trevisan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Mayo's goal looked a bit too open when Iacob Vernescu came free, but Marcus Deacon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of BVB 09 booed when Mayo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Will Porter didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Mayo's Arlindo Trevisan seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Arlindo Trevisan the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Mayo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Arlindo Trevisan had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Arlindo Trevisan hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute of the match, Iacob Vernescu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcus Deacon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Steve Oliver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Zygmunt Koprowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. BVB 09's Octavian Caragea was substituted for Iacob Vernescu. Zygmunt Koprowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steve Oliver, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When Mayo's Steve Oliver in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BVB 09's goalie prevented a goal. With his leg Marcus Deacon managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when BVB 09's Matei Chelaru fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mayo made a substitution. Evelio Goren replaced Will Porter. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mayo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Codrin Ieremia was slow to take the kick. During this time BVB 09's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to BVB 09's Maxim Sfetcu getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. BVB 09's Maxim Sfetcu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 84th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Zygmunt Koprowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Symons, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Mayo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching BVB 09's performance. The match ended with a win for BVB 09.
