Pompiliu Zmărăndescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guillermo Izquierdo in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute, Giovanni Arósio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. FC Brink's Pompiliu Zmărăndescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save FC Brink from getting a goal against them. A collision led to FC Brink getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Iulian Udrescu hit a great ball. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Martin Palermo F.C.'s Giovanni Arósio. But to his dismay, Giovanni Arósio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 32nd match minute, FC Brink was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iulian Udrescu to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Guillermo Izquierdo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Martin Palermo F.C.'s Enrico Giammarino. But to his dismay, Enrico Giammarino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 38th minute, Giovanni Arósio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. The supporters of FC Brink booed when Martin Palermo F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Izquierdo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Giovanni Arósio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-0 in the 45 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guillermo Izquierdo made a kick off. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu came out of the goal in the 50th minute to try and stop a shot by Martin Palermo F.C.'s Guillermo Izquierdo. But to his dismay, Guillermo Izquierdo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Enrico Giammarino might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pompiliu Zmărăndescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enrico Giammarino ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 57th minute, Guillermo Izquierdo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavius Orescu charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Flavius Orescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th minute, Flavius Orescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Guillermo Izquierdo sped through FC Brink's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pompiliu Zmărăndescu. FC Brink's Pompiliu Zmărăndescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Izquierdo in the 64th minute of play. Martin Palermo F.C.'s Giovanni Arósio got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrico Giammarino in the 75th minute of the match. Robin Wallgren struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Martin Palermo F.C.. Romeo Balint hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Izquierdo in the 96th minute of the match.
