Spectators: 167 (Terracing: 126, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) 3 minutes into the match, CAN ERZURUM's Su Jing Cheng sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcus Deacon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cássio Corrêa hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Mayo's Will Porter got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute, CAN ERZURUM's Sven-Olof Vestlund dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Joar Scheie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Farmer in the 12th minute of play. CAN ERZURUM's Joar Scheie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Symons in the 13th minute of play. Mayo's Marcus Deacon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Olof Vestlund in the 14th minute of play. Marcus Deacon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Olof Vestlund in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Sven-Olof Vestlund dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcus Deacon, 2-0. If Sven-Olof Vestlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mayo's Marcus Deacon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Mayo from getting a goal against them. 28 minutes into the match, CAN ERZURUM's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Farmer came free, but Joar Scheie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 minutes Mayo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pan Wei Quan who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, CAN ERZURUM's Mehmet Şefik Karadağ got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 32ndth minute of the game William Symons who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CAN ERZURUM's Joar Scheie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, William Symons put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Joar Scheie. Marcus Deacon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Olof Vestlund in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, Sven-Olof Vestlund reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcus Deacon. The goal made the score 3-1. In the 42nd minute, Steve Oliver made a precise shot to the right of Joar Scheie. CAN ERZURUM's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. With a little luck, Mayo's Marcus Deacon got control of the ball when Sven-Olof Vestlund tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Sven-Olof Vestlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. CAN ERZURUM's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Olof Vestlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcus Deacon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. CAN ERZURUM's Atabek Tecimen was substituted for Arda Turan. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The wind increased when Samuel Farmer made the kick off in the second half. Marcus Deacon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven-Olof Vestlund went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. 55 minutes into the match, CAN ERZURUM's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Farmer came free, but Joar Scheie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 55 played minutes Mayo got a freekick which was hit by William Symons. In the 58th minute, William Symons ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joar Scheie was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Sven-Olof Vestlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. CAN ERZURUM's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Olof Vestlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcus Deacon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sven-Olof Vestlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Su Jing Cheng hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Patrick Robins struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Joar Scheie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mayo. Marcus Deacon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Olof Vestlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Sven-Olof Vestlund notched a goal, 5-3, to the right of Mayo's Marcus Deacon. Marcus Deacon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Joar Scheie made an important save on a dangerous shot by William Symons in the 83rd minute. The attack was good, but when Patrick Robins in the 86th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 88 minutes into the match, Mayo's goal looked a bit too open when Su Jing Cheng came free, but Marcus Deacon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Olof Vestlund took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcus Deacon. Marcus Deacon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-3. Many of Mayo's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Mayo may have spent more time on the ball, but CAN ERZURUM were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
