The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pan Wei Quan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Börje Blomqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Sven-Olof Vestlund notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Fulham Broadway FC's Börje Blomqvist. Börje Blomqvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 54th minute, Johnny Ahlstedt made a precise shot to the right of Joar Scheie. CAN ERZURUM's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CAN ERZURUM would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
