Gilberto Izel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Rotariu having to interfere. Enrique Rozarius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 24 minutes, Zvonimir Prestin made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. La Scaloneta's Franco Moscatelli tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. David Rotariu made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Enrique Rozarius sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th minute Jonas Klinsmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Moscatelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Scaloneta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Matthew Wagner was slow to take the kick. During this time PoWer SC 2K5's players had a chance to rest. David Rotariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Izel in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute of the match La Scaloneta got a corner. PoWer SC 2K5's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Enrique Rozarius ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Enrique Rozarius almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu did a great save. Gilberto Izel struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. David Rotariu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Scaloneta. In the 39th match minute, La Scaloneta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Izel to maneuver through the defense. If Enrique Rozarius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gilberto Izel was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Enrique Rozarius notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu. David Rotariu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. David Rotariu came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by La Scaloneta's Luca Messi. But to his dismay, Luca Messi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. David Rotariu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Messi, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After a rather tough play, PoWer SC 2K5's Matthew Wagner got a free kick in the 59th minute. David Rotariu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Rozarius in the 61st minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, PoWer SC 2K5's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Messi came free, but David Rotariu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bayezit Tecmil kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Polat Aranda hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. PoWer SC 2K5 made a substitution. Leroy Kluttig replaced Zvonimir Prestin. After a rather tough play, La Scaloneta's Polat Aranda got a free kick in the 65th minute. The supporters of PoWer SC 2K5 booed when La Scaloneta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Eduino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Matthew Wagner managed to get in a good position for a shot. PoWer SC 2K5's supporters rose to their feet, but Matthew Wagner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franco Moscatelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Franco Moscatelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leroy Kluttig in the 73rd minute of play. In the 73rd minute Leroy Kluttig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Moscatelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Franco Moscatelli throw himself and got hold of the ball when Leroy Kluttig in the 73rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. David Rotariu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Izel, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After 77 played minutes La Scaloneta got a freekick which was hit by Nikita Kovtun. Leroy Kluttig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. The goalkeeper, Franco Moscatelli, was totally fooled by PoWer SC 2K5's Leroy Kluttig, who 87 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. David Rotariu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Messi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PoWer SC 2K5's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
