Barrialito AFC's Conrado Txordon managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mihăiţă Văduva in the 23 minute of the game. In the 28th minute Denis Oprescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Frasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute of the match GoalHunters got a corner. Barrialito AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leontin Traianescu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Felix Frasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Jerrold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Frasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Oprescu in the 36th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Barrialito AFC's Conrado Txordon ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Daniel Jienescu. Daniel Jienescu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Felix Frasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Jerrold in the 43rd minute of the match. Conrado Txordon charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conrado Txordon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of GoalHunters booed when Barrialito AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Txordon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Denis Oprescu was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match GoalHunters got a corner. Barrialito AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leontin Traianescu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Radu Corbu kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Jerrold in the 66th minute of play forced Barrialito AFC's goalkeeper Felix Frasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the GoalHunters defense, Aquiles Beat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Jienescu. The GoalHunters fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Jienescu should have stopped the shot. Barrialito AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
