The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Larry Houben recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tor Echegoyen. Larry Houben showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Momentum FC's Tor Echegoyen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakub Swierczok in the 9th minute of play. In the 9th minute Jakub Swierczok shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tor Echegoyen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Larry Houben hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Black horses's Valdis Felbergs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Martxel in the 15th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cipriano Sauveur got free with Tor Echegoyen in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonatan Haritzeder made in the 24th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Silvestre Txomin immediately put the ball in play. In the 25th minute, Black horses's Cipriano Sauveur dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 31st minute of the match Black horses got a corner. Momentum FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Toma Chinkov ran over to the corner to take the kick. Joakim Kämpe made a great header on Black horses's corner, it was just that Momentum FC's Tor Echegoyen managed to reach the ball for a save. 33 minutes into the game, Lucas Baladi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Black horses's Larry Houben quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Cipriano Sauveur blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tor Echegoyen having to make a save. Momentum FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Cipriano Sauveur scored to the left of an out of position Tor Echegoyen, making the score, 3-0. Black horses's Valdis Felbergs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Txomin in the 41st minute of play. Valdis Felbergs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Abubakar in the 44th minute of the match. Joakim Kämpe hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Benedicto Eladio struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Valdis Felbergs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Momentum FC. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

50 minutes into the match, Black horses's goalkeeper Valdis Felbergs had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ismael Furlan. If Cipriano Sauveur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Momentum FC's Tor Echegoyen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Sauveur in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Sauveur in the 56th minute of play forced Momentum FC's goalkeeper Tor Echegoyen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Toma Chinkov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tor Echegoyen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Momentum FC's Tor Echegoyen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Sauveur in the 61st minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, Vincent Abubakar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Momentum FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Black horses the free kick. Black horses's Kristiāns Princāns was substituted for Andžs Redzobs. Black horses made a substitution. Atso Joenväärä replaced Jakub Swierczok. The supporters of Black horses booed when Momentum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Eladio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute, Toma Chinkov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Cipriano Sauveur had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tor Echegoyen. Momentum FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cipriano Sauveur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The supporters of Black horses booed when Momentum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincent Abubakar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Black horses had won after a very even match.
