The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. But to his dismay, Johan Svanberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 30th play minutes Johan Svanberg shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Tiaguinho Pirani and just under the crossbar into goal. Johan Svanberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tiaguinho Pirani having to make a save. 34 minutes into the game, Jan-Ove Hägglund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Tiaguinho Pirani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37thth minute of the game Johan Svanberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RIBEIRÃO FC's Tiaguinho Pirani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the RIBEIRÃO FC defense, Jan-Ove Hägglund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiaguinho Pirani. The RIBEIRÃO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiaguinho Pirani should have stopped the shot. Jan-Ove Hägglund spun around in front of the goal 42 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of RIBEIRÃO FC's goal. The audience was convinced that Jan-Ove Hägglund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiaguinho Pirani was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Tiaguinho Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Ove Hägglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Johan Svanberg was the one to do the kick off. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Tiaguinho Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Ove Hägglund in the 56th minute of play. Johan Svanberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Tiaguinho Pirani skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 61 minutes into the match, RIBEIRÃO FC's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Pirani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johan Svanberg. In the 63rdth minute of the game Jan-Ove Hägglund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RIBEIRÃO FC's Tiaguinho Pirani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC South Park were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after RIBEIRÃO FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Johan Svanberg took the corner. A very nice done corner allowed Patrik Hellbom to score against Tiaguinho Pirani in RIBEIRÃO FC's goal. 0-5 after 68 minutes. Jan-Ove Hägglund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tiaguinho Pirani having to make a save. Johan Svanbergs short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Tiaguinho Pirani to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tiaguinho Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Ove Hägglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Jan-Ove Hägglund succeeded in the game's 77th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-6. FC South Park made a substitution. Elliott Axelsson replaced Johan Svanberg. 83 minutes into the game, Luís Eduardo Valle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RIBEIRÃO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC South Park the free kick. In the 86th match minute, RIBEIRÃO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles Sena to maneuver through the defense. Tiaguinho Pirani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elliott Axelsson went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Tiaguinho Pirani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan-Ove Hägglund's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Jan-Ove Hägglund received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tiaguinho Pirani came out and tried to block the shot, but Jan-Ove Hägglund slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 97th minute.
