Omar Falleto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 6 minutes into the game, Mario Marquez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Omar Falleto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cristo Beti's late challenge caught a Los Podridos ll's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristo Beti helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute, one of A.A FÊNIX:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for A.A FÊNIX. The goalkeeper, Silvano Lohitzun, was totally fooled by Los Podridos ll's Filiberto Erramu, who 12 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Amancio Castulo might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Omar Falleto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amancio Castulo ran back to his position shaking his head. Silvano Lohitzun was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Juan Carlos Messi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Juan Carlos Messi really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. Mario Marquez scored 3-3 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Omar Falleto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A.A FÊNIX's Silvano Lohitzun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Iratze in the 32nd minute of play. With a little luck, A.A FÊNIX's Silvano Lohitzun got control of the ball when Ulises Costa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Los Podridos ll's Omar Falleto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Castulo in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, A.A FÊNIX's Elvio Fanuco got a free kick in the 38th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Podridos ll's Ulises Costa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Silvano Lohitzun. That made the score 4-3 after 40 minutes of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Juan Carlos Messi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silvano Lohitzun. That made the score 5-3 in the 43 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Ulises Costa took a quick shot and it went in 6-3 without a chance for Silvano Lohitzun to make any attempt to save it.
Silvano Lohitzun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Carlos Messi, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 56 played minutes Los Podridos ll got a freekick which was hit by Joel Haimar. A.A FÊNIX's Silvano Lohitzun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natanael Vives in the 60th minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, Hugo Iratze cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-3. Silvano Lohitzun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 68th minute Ulises Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Lohitzun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A.A FÊNIX's Silvano Lohitzun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Iratze in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Ulises Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Podridos ll fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-3. 74 minutes into the match, Fulgencio Bilintx had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvano Lohitzun. A.A FÊNIX's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fulgencio Bilintx was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-3. After having played for 78 minutes, Hugo Iratze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Podridos ll's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Iratze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.A FÊNIX's goalkeeper Silvano Lohitzun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Fulgencio Bilintx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Omar Falleto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amancio Castulo in the 88th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Leandro Dunixi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvano Lohitzun. A.A FÊNIX's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leandro Dunixi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-3. Omar Falleto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Castulo in the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th minute Leandro Dunixi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Lohitzun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Omar Falleto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elvio Fanuco in the 97th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Los Podridos ll players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
