A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, HeBr United's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Hendrik Ohmer came free, but Gilberto Dionísio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilberto Dionísio came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.Esparta's Sven-Hendrik Ohmer. But to his dismay, Sven-Hendrik Ohmer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gilberto Dionísio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Hendrik Ohmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 29th match minute, HeBr United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Viana to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, HeBr United's Jeremias Viana got a free kick in the 42nd minute. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Sven-Hendrik Ohmer sped through HeBr United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gilberto Dionísio. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind HeBr United's goalkeeper Gilberto Dionísio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. C.A.Esparta's Tiburcio Guillelmo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gilberto Dionísio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristoffer Rodríguez to make the kick off. Sven-Hendrik Ohmer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Gilberto Dionísio made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Hendrik Ohmer in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilberto Dionísio saved HeBr United from getting behind. C.A.Esparta made a substitution. Oswaldo Junior replaced Sven-Hendrik Ohmer. After a rather tough play, HeBr United's Jeremias Viana got a free kick in the 63rd minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilberto Dionísio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72nd minute, Oswaldo Junior left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A.Esparta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Marcos Acuña recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. When Aílton Almeida fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HeBr United's protests and gave Aílton Almeida a yellow card for diving instead. Aílton Almeida hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 77 minutes into the match, HeBr United's goal looked a bit too open when Oswaldo Junior came free, but Gilberto Dionísio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Oswaldo Junior ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilberto Dionísio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. C.A.Esparta's Evelio Salvadore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristoffer Rodríguez in the 80th minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, C.A.Esparta's Oswaldo Junior nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gilberto Dionísio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. C.A.Esparta walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
