Tomé Azevedo started the match with the kick off. Ulises Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Kai-Uwe Bartek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Los Podridos ll booed when BiBa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomé Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulises Costa was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 12th minute. Los Podridos ll's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When BiBa's Tomé Azevedo in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Podridos ll's goalie prevented a goal. After 15 minutes Los Podridos ll's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Norbert Arbogast who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Michael Steckamp got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Omar Falleto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Costa in the 19th minute of play forced BiBa's goalkeeper Kai-Uwe Bartek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kai-Uwe Bartek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Costa in the 24th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Carlos Messi in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kai-Uwe Bartek saved BiBa from getting behind. Kai-Uwe Bartek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulises Costa in the 34th minute. Ulises Costa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Kai-Uwe Bartek made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Iratze in the 36th minute of play forced BiBa's goalkeeper Kai-Uwe Bartek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kai-Uwe Bartek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hugo Iratze went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 44 minutes into the match, Tomé Azevedo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Los Podridos ll's Omar Falleto. Omar Falleto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Ulises Costa made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Steffen Neubrandt during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 57 minutes into the game, one of BiBa:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 58th minute, Filiberto Erramu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kai-Uwe Bartek was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Juan Carlos Messi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Podridos ll's Fulgencio Bilintx was substituted for Juan Carlos Messi. 66 minutes into the match, Los Podridos ll's goal looked a bit too open when Andre Seemayer came free, but Omar Falleto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomé Azevedos short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Omar Falleto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Los Podridos ll's Desiderio Arlo got a free kick in the 75th minute. When Tomé Azevedo came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the BiBa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomé Azevedo couldn't finish the play. BiBa made a substitution. Porfirio Filare replaced Yanick Wils. Norbert Arbogast hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Dunixi in the 83rd minute of play forced BiBa's goalkeeper Kai-Uwe Bartek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kai-Uwe Bartek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Dunixi, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After 89 played minutes BiBa got a freekick which was hit by Porfirio Filare. Omar Falleto was a little too slow when Andre Seemayer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 2-2. A collision led to Los Podridos ll getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Natanael Vives hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Andre Seemayer took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Omar Falleto to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Los Podridos ll lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
