After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Oliver Petersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rebelution's supporters rose to their feet, but Oliver Petersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ludo Vanden Bossche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Everett Hawks's goalkeeper Ludo Vanden Bossche, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ludo Vanden Bossche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thiago Machado in the 19th minute of play. After 27 minutes The Everett Hawks's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leandro Mattin who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Rebelution's Leandro Mattin to fire away a dangerous shot which Ludo Vanden Bossche despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Abdi Mehmet Rakim had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Agustín Rossi. Rebelution's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abdi Mehmet Rakim was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Agustín Rossi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Chiquito Flores's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ludo Vanden Bossche read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. With a little luck, Rebelution's Agustín Rossi got control of the ball when Philippe-Arnaud Heremans tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Agustín Rossi came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by The Everett Hawks's Philippe-Arnaud Heremans. But to his dismay, Philippe-Arnaud Heremans quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Oliver Petersson scored 2-2 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ludo Vanden Bossche, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st minute Fre van Eijnde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustín Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rebelution's Agustín Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philip Goorts in the 63rd minute of play. Agustín Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Willem-Jan Grootjans, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. If Chiquito Flores had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rebelution's Americo Frascuelo was substituted for Rodolfo Indartsu. Rebelution's Dario Guib was substituted for Chiquito Flores. Rebelution made a substitution. Ivo Männik replaced Luisito Tiniebra. Rebelution's Agustín Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdi Mehmet Rakim in the 73rd minute of play. Ludo Vanden Bossche made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivo Männik in the 75th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Ivo Männik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ludo Vanden Bossche. The Everett Hawks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivo Männik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. The Everett Hawks made a substitution. Luke Van Bostraeten replaced Philip Goorts. Ludo Vanden Bossche made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Dario Guib sent off a good shot on target. Rebelution were furious when Camilo Leocadio was red carded, 88 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rebelution fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! The referee gave The Everett Hawks a penalty, 89 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Philippe-Arnaud Heremans, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Rebelution's Agustín Rossi. 3-3. The Everett Hawks's Ludo Vanden Bossche proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save The Everett Hawks from getting a goal against them. 97 minutes into the match, Rebelution's goal looked a bit too open when Philippe-Arnaud Heremans came free, but Agustín Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
