The audience thought a goal was coming when Arvin Lindström got free with Maximilian Strömbom in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd minute, Edgar Kochowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th match minute, Blue Boys Predators was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Bocklund to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Lu Kang Yi made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Lundström in the 55th minute of play forced Yung Gunners FK's goalkeeper Maximilian Strömbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 72 minutes of play, Blue Boys Predators's Arvin Lindström made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximilian Strömbom was left in no man's land by his defense there! Blue Boys Predators were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Yung Gunners FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hazım Akmanoğlu took the corner. After taking down the ball on Blue Boys Predators's corner Hazım Akmanoğlu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maximilian Strömbom quite easily take care of the ball. In the 90th minute, Arvin Lindström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blue Boys Predators fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Blue Boys Predators fully deserved thier win.
