With a little luck, SPALLETTE RETURNS's Marco Silvestri got control of the ball when Benard Ngamta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wesselbend were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after SPALLETTE RETURNS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jonáš Baroš took the corner. When Davide Guerrini, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 86 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Jurgen Goris was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Augusto Bevilacqua reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jurgen Goris. The goal made the score 1-4. Wesselbend's Jurgen Goris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosimo Laudadio in the 91st minute of play. Jurgen Goris came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by SPALLETTE RETURNS's Davide Guerrini. But to his dismay, Davide Guerrini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cosimo Laudadio in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jurgen Goris saved Wesselbend from getting behind. SPALLETTE RETURNS played a much better game than Wesselbend and deserved their victory. The Wesselbend players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
