Karol Kopacz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jose Atarratze showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Nunez Txartiko kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Aleksander Bykowski hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Eigtheenstars 2's Mauro Caruso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franciszek Wicherek in the 18th minute of play forced Eigtheenstars 2's goalkeeper Ignacio Valery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karol Kopacz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Atarratze, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Silvano Bazil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karol Kopacz having to interfere. Gortaty's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Mauro Caruso scored to the left of an out of position Karol Kopacz, making the score, 3-1. 29 minutes into the match, Eigtheenstars 2's goal looked a bit too open when Franciszek Wicherek came free, but Ignacio Valery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignacio Valery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedykt Siembab, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Gortaty's zone, Jose Atarratze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karol Kopacz came out of the goal and Jose Atarratze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jose Atarratze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, Gortaty's goalkeeper Karol Kopacz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvano Bazil. With a little luck, Gortaty's Karol Kopacz got control of the ball when Jose Atarratze tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ignacio Valery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiktor Pionek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eigtheenstars 2's Ignacio Valery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksander Bykowski in the 45th minute of play.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mauro Caruso to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Eigtheenstars 2's Silvano Bazil made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karol Kopacz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eigtheenstars 2's Ignacio Valery proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Eigtheenstars 2 from getting a goal against them. In the 61st minute, Mauro Caruso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karol Kopacz was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Silvano Bazil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Gortaty's zone, Mauro Caruso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karol Kopacz came out of the goal and Mauro Caruso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute, Grzegorz Wodaszak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gaspar Gervaso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Silvano Bazil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Silvano Bazil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eigtheenstars 2's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Bazil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karol Kopacz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mauro Caruso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eigtheenstars 2's Ignacio Valery proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Eigtheenstars 2 from getting a goal against them. Mauro Caruso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Karol Kopacz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Eigtheenstars 2's Silvano Bazil sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karol Kopacz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jose Atarratze's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karol Kopacz was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. In the 90th minute, Mauro Caruso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Gortaty's Benedykt Siembab got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 97 minutes into the match, Jose Atarratze had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karol Kopacz. Gortaty's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jose Atarratze was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Eigtheenstars 2 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
