The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victorino Peake to strike the kick off in the second half. Mauro Luz scored 4-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Serbülent Baysan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Anderlecht Huachipato's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
