But to his dismay, Ion Dulgherescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's goalkeeper Mané Viana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Karl Zielezinski took the corner. Mané Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ion Dulgherescu in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Dadá Hoffmann got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ion Dulgherescu in the 26th minute of play forced Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's goalkeeper Mané Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 minutes Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karl Zielezinski who took care of the corner kick. Ion Dulgherescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mané Viana having to make a save. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Mané Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ion Dulgherescu in the 29th minute of play. In the 33rd minute of the match BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- got a corner. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Karl Zielezinski ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Karl Zielezinski to fire away a dangerous shot which Mané Viana despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mané Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ion Dulgherescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Ion Dulgherescu scored 0-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mané Viana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 45 played minutes BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Afonso da Silveira. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Franco Szczęsny, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mattias Wennerberg was the one to do the kick off. Franco Szczęsny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattias Wennerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Ion Dulgherescu got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- made a substitution. After 74th play minutes Keno De Bruyne shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Mané Viana and just under the crossbar into goal. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ made a substitution. The audience was convinced that Keno De Bruyne's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mané Viana was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Alfredo de Souza scored to the left of an out of position Mané Viana, making the score, 1-4.
