After 17 minutes, Bai Xi Jing mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C.DrobetA-Știința- and the Maricá FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th minute, Bai Xi Jing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the game, F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s Matias Barros Schelloto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thomás Proença made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Matias Barros Schelloto hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the game, Tomé Sá threw the ball into play from the sideline. F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s Dacian Popoiu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 24thth minute of the game Bai Xi Jing who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maricá FC's Thomás Proença was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maricá FC's Manuel Catarinense quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dacian Popoiu, made in the 28th minute of the game. Gică Dumitrachescu's late challenge caught a Maricá FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gică Dumitrachescu helped the player get up and apologised. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for F.C.DrobetA-Știința-! With a little luck, F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s Emanuel Puișoru got control of the ball when Cutberto Clemente tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matias Barros Schelloto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Bai Xi Jing took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Thomás Proença to make any attempt to save it. Matias Barros Schelloto kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 67thth minute of the game Bai Xi Jing who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maricá FC's Thomás Proença was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Maricá FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Matias Barros Schelloto was slow to take the kick. During this time F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Matias Barros Schelloto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Maricá FC's Thomás Proença did a great save. After a rather tough play, F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s Dacian Popoiu got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The throw-in from Bai Liang Kun in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Maricá FC's Cutberto Clemente. A sloppy throw-in by Tomé Sá in the 77th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s Dacian Popoiu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Barros Schelloto in the 79th minute of play forced Maricá FC's goalkeeper Thomás Proença to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s Dacian Popoiu got a free kick in the 81st minute. 86 minutes in the game Tomé Sá did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Manuel Catarinense. 87 minutes into the game, Bai Xi Jing lined in a short shot 1-4 behind a frustrated Thomás Proença. Albert Enache recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. During the 96th minute of the match Bai Xi Jing completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Bai Xi Jing a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Bai Xi Jing kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match.
