After 3 played minutes AL TOKE FC got a freekick which was hit by Ture Dybro. 4 minutes into the match, Pretorianos FC's Nicanor Demario sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Denis Gilabert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 5 minutes into the game, Remo Dracena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AL TOKE FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pretorianos FC the free kick. In the 7th minute, Remo Dracena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, Pretorianos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Paul van der Leegte came free, but Marciano Idacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tostão Ceresso came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Pretorianos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tostão Ceresso couldn't finish the play. When Sabino Valverde fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pretorianos FC's protests and gave Sabino Valverde a yellow card for diving instead. After 16 played minutes Pretorianos FC got a freekick which was hit by Sabino Valverde. In the 19th minute Remo Dracena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Idacio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Pretorianos FC's Tostão Ceresso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Denis Gilabert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pretorianos FC's Marciano Idacio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Gimenez in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to AL TOKE FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Bonifacio Shepherd hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute, Bonifacio Shepherd fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. AL TOKE FC's Denis Gilabert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabino Valverde in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Gimenez in the 30th minute of play forced Pretorianos FC's goalkeeper Marciano Idacio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jean-Paul van der Leegte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Marciano Idacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remo Dracena in the 39th minute of play forced Pretorianos FC's goalkeeper Marciano Idacio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute of the match AL TOKE FC got a corner. Pretorianos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jean-Paul van der Leegte ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on AL TOKE FC's corner Jean-Paul van der Leegte fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marciano Idacio quite easily take care of the ball. Pretorianos FC's Marciano Idacio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Paul van der Leegte in the 41st minute of play. After 43 minutes, Zeledon Mendez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AL TOKE FC and the Pretorianos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 43rd match minute, AL TOKE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Mendez to maneuver through the defense. Denis Gilabert made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Sabino Valverde sent off a good shot on target. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sabino Valverde was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Pretorianos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Remo Dracena came free, but Marciano Idacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marciano Idacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remo Dracena in the 52nd minute of the match. Denis Gilabert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tostão Ceresso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marciano Idacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Gimenez in the 56th minute of play. In the 66th minute Sabino Valverde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Gilabert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marciano Idacio made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Remo Dracena sent off a good shot on target. AL TOKE FC's Denis Gilabert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabino Valverde in the 71st minute of play. Marciano Idacio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laureano Gimenez went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Tostão Ceresso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Denis Gilabert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Hugon Majerowicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denis Gilabert was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Denis Gilabert had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping Tostão Ceresso's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some careless play in the AL TOKE FC defense, Tostão Ceresso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Denis Gilabert. The AL TOKE FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Denis Gilabert should have stopped the shot. AL TOKE FC made a substitution. Jonatan Reyes replaced Jean-Paul van der Leegte. 89 minutes into the game, Leonardo Primo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Pretorianos FC's Victorino Loren quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Denis Gilabert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tostão Ceresso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Gilabert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabino Valverde in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute of the match Pretorianos FC got a corner. AL TOKE FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nicanor Demario ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Pretorianos FC's Nicanor Demario to fire away a dangerous shot which Denis Gilabert despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Nicanor Demario succeeded in the game's 94th minute to get real power on a long shot . AL TOKE FC's Denis Gilabert hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 3-1! Marciano Idacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Gimenez in the 97th minute of the match. Pretorianos FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of AL TOKE FC for a fine match.
