GTV Ostsee were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Club Palestino فلسطين's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ramon Kismi took the corner. Júlio Martins might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorge Mohammed. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. GTV Ostsee's Karl Kugler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörg Hannemann in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of Club Palestino فلسطين booed when GTV Ostsee was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl Popper didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute Rocky Dejardin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Kugler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
