In the 9th minute Daniel Şimandan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Magdaleno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LIVIUS UNITED MLS were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Darkness's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Şimandan took the corner. In the 11th minute, Emanuel Zbârnea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of LIVIUS UNITED MLS booed when Darkness was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldebaran Tauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Şimandan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ole-Gunnar Klose received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Yanick Knecht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bartolomé Perpiñán recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruno Magdaleno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olimpiu Blidaru in the 35th minute of the match. Yanick Knecht made an important save on a dangerous shot by Serafino Bazil in the 36th minute. After 41 minutes of play, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Daniel Şimandan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Magdaleno was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the game, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Bartolomé Perpiñán nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Magdaleno made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After the first half LIVIUS UNITED MLS were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Şimandan made a kick off. Yanick Knecht stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ole-Gunnar Klose's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Bruno Magdaleno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolomé Perpiñán in the 56th minute of play. Darkness's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Daniel Şimandan scored to the left of an out of position Bruno Magdaleno, making the score, 0-3. Bartolomé Perpiñán's late challenge caught a Darkness's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bartolomé Perpiñán helped the player get up and apologised. After 64 played minutes LIVIUS UNITED MLS got a freekick which was hit by Bartolomé Perpiñán. 65 minutes into the match, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's goal looked a bit too open when Serafino Bazil came free, but Yanick Knecht reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kane Einstein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kane Einstein kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Darkness made a substitution. Benigno Canor replaced Ole-Gunnar Klose. In the 80th match minute, Darkness was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kane Einstein to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute Serafino Bazil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yanick Knecht saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yanick Knecht took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Canor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 played minutes Darkness got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Seguinus. Bruno Magdaleno was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Daniel Şimandan. When Darkness's Serafino Bazil in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LIVIUS UNITED MLS's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Serafino Bazil put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Yanick Knecht. Serafino Bazil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched LIVIUS UNITED MLS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
