Andrei Pavel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Andrei Pavel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 10th minute of the match, Adrian Jitaru tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Boguslaw Zawaski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 15th minute, Tomasz Burufski made a precise shot to the right of Andrei Pavel. FC Fanaticii's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Marius Măgură struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Boguslaw Zawaski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Fanaticii. 22 minutes into the match, FC Fanaticii's goal looked a bit too open when Tomasz Burufski came free, but Andrei Pavel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, GORNIK PIASKI's Tomasz Burufski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. GORNIK PIASKI's Alexandre Koehl quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 35thth minute of the game Tomasz Burufski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andrei Pavel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomasz Burufski in the 38th minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Tomasz Burufski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Andrei Pavel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomasz Burufski in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomasz Burufski was the one to do the kick off. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Andrei Pavel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tomasz Burufski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Andrei Pavel made a huge save. When the match was over GORNIK PIASKI could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Fanaticii throughout the match.
