Zheng Chao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Bingen in the 12th minute of the match. If Guaberto Chucho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Adriano Ribeiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucas Sanson was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 24thth minute of the game Efrain Bingen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Obscurials's Zheng Chao was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Efrain Bingen sped through The Obscurials's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zheng Chao. Zheng Chao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Bingen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by The Obscurials's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Albano Libertad was slow to take the kick. During this time Echesortu Football Club's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Albano Libertad almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but The Obscurials's Zheng Chao did a great save. Mai Fei charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mai Fei the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 34 minutes into the match, Echesortu Football Club's goalkeeper Lucas Sanson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adriano Ribeiro. Albano Libertad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Zheng Chao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adriano Ribeiro was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Echesortu Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Ribeiro came free, but Lucas Sanson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Obscurials's Zheng Chao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Chucho in the 55th minute of play. Emílio Palmeira kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Echesortu Football Club made a substitution. Marcelino Liberto replaced Joško Gvardiol. Echesortu Football Club's Amado Bermudo was substituted for Efrain Bingen. Echesortu Football Club's Lucas Sanson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Ribeiro in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Echesortu Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Westerstrand came free, but Lucas Sanson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Echesortu Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Sanson should have stopped the shot. Zheng Chao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amado Bermudo in the 81st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lawrance Grandison in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucas Sanson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 95 played minutes Echesortu Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Amado Bermudo. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The The Obscurials fans cheered their team off the field, for while Echesortu Football Club had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
