The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Finninge Fotboll's Fredric Ahlén proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Finninge Fotboll from getting a goal against them. Radowit Ptaszek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germán Kanø in the 4th minute of play. After 5 minutes Cesate's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Henning Kempf who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Cesate's goalie and right to Richard Liljeström. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Cesate's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Radowit Ptaszek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Liljeström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Vettori scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fredric Ahlén, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 19 minutes into the match, Cesate's goal looked a bit too open when Germán Kanø came free, but Radowit Ptaszek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fredric Ahlén made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Angelo Ferraris sent off a good shot on target. Germán Kanø blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Radowit Ptaszek having to make a save. Radowit Ptaszek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Germán Kanø in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Germán Kanø in the 27th minute of play forced Cesate's goalkeeper Radowit Ptaszek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richard Liljeström charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Richard Liljeström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th minute, Richard Liljeström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Vettori's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fredric Ahlén read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. A collision led to Finninge Fotboll getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Jimmie Holm hit a great ball. After 52 played minutes, Cesate's Angelo Ferraris shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fredric Ahlén came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cesate reached it. Fredric Ahlén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Vettori in the 55th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Germán Kanø took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Radowit Ptaszek to make any attempt to save it. Cesate made a substitution. Comunardo Puja replaced Felice Frezza. Germán Kanø fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radowit Ptaszek having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Kay Stormlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredric Ahlén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A throw-in in the 74th minute of the game was made by Tobiasz Jucha with Comunardo Puja as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 78th minute, Tobiasz Jucha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angelo Vettori in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fredric Ahlén prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Richard Liljeström was shown his second yellow card after 83 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Cesate booed when Finninge Fotboll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Germán Kanø didn't get a good kick on the ball. Germán Kanø could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Radowit Ptaszek made a huge save. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
