The supporters of Hodowla Juniorów na Rzeź booed when Heineken Youths was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steve Heikens didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th match minute, Heineken Youths was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Zadelhoff to maneuver through the defense. Boukjan van Dongen kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Sylwester Jestrimski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Witold Brysz made a kick off. Witold Brysz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steen Müür having to interfere. Boukjan van Dongen charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Boukjan van Dongen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Heineken Youths's Boukjan van Dongen got a free kick in the 56th minute. Witold Brysz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steen Müür having to interfere. Steen Müür stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Witold Brysz's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. If Witold Brysz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerzy Zagrodny was a little too slow when Boukjan van Dongen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-1. Steen Müür made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witold Brysz in the 67th minute of play. Steen Müür took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witold Brysz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Witold Brysz scored 2-1 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Steen Müür, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Heineken Youths's goalkeeper Steen Müür, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jerzy Zagrodny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boukjan van Dongen in the 85th minute of play. Jerzy Zagrodny had in the 87thth minute some difficulties stopping Boukjan van Dongen's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Heineken Youths's zone, Zbyszko Wielgopolski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steen Müür came out of the goal and Zbyszko Wielgopolski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Zbyszko Wielgopolski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hodowla Juniorów na Rzeź's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zbyszko Wielgopolski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zbyszko Wielgopolski hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Sylwester Jestrimski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hodowla Juniorów na Rzeź walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
