Spectators: 184 (Terracing: 139, Seating: 42, VIP seats: 3) RED STAR FC.'s Brais Morales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pirmin Jäggi in the 3rd minute of play. In the 6th minute of the match, Gabriel Eguntsenti tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lionel Paly saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tory Pryor in the 7th minute of play forced RED STAR FC.'s goalkeeper Brais Morales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Tory Pryor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brais Morales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Téo Rosa made a precise shot to the right of Brais Morales. RED STAR FC.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Eguntsenti during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 13 played minutes RED STAR FC. got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Eguntsenti. The audience was convinced that Tory Pryor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brais Morales was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Brais Morales came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Wil 1900's Pirmin Jäggi. But to his dismay, Pirmin Jäggi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 29 minutes into the match, FC Wil 1900's Tory Pryor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brais Morales narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Brais Morales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tory Pryor in the 34th minute of play. The supporters of FC Wil 1900 booed when RED STAR FC. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidencio Frera didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute of the match, Xu Xi Peng tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lionel Paly saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Matthäus Bolliger's late challenge caught a RED STAR FC.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matthäus Bolliger helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Wil 1900 getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Matthäus Bolliger hit a great ball.

Tory Pryor in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Brais Morales, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Brais Morales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Téo Rosa in the 56th minute of play. Jayvier Monteros kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Wil 1900's Bernhard Zollinger got a free kick in the 61st minute. Brais Morales made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Pirmin Jäggi sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teymur Alşanov in the 69th minute of play forced FC Wil 1900's goalkeeper Lionel Paly to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, RED STAR FC.'s Brais Morales got control of the ball when Matthäus Bolliger tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Wil 1900 were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after RED STAR FC.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Téo Rosa took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Matthäus Bolliger managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 77th minute of the match RED STAR FC. got a corner. FC Wil 1900's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Genaro Buendia ran over to the corner to take the kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Tory Pryor managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Wil 1900's supporters rose to their feet, but Tory Pryor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brais Morales breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 86th minute of the match RED STAR FC. got a corner. FC Wil 1900's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Genaro Buendia ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to RED STAR FC.'s Jayvier Monteros getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tory Pryor got free with Brais Morales in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th minute Xu Xi Peng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel Paly saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lionel Paly showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Eguntsenti, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After a rather tough play, FC Wil 1900's Matthäus Bolliger got a free kick in the 94th minute. 95 minutes into the match, FC Wil 1900's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Eguntsenti came free, but Lionel Paly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Wil 1900's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
