With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tory Pryor in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamim Nunes saved WAU team from getting behind. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Wil 1900's goalkeeper Lionel Paly, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to WAU team getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Paulo Paiva hit a great ball. Tory Pryor's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Benjamim Nunes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pirmin Jäggi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Fernando de Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute Emery Heller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamim Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, WAU team's goal looked a bit too open when Emery Heller came free, but Benjamim Nunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lionel Paly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fernando de Toledo in the 25th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tory Pryor got free with Benjamim Nunes in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to FC Wil 1900 getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Philipp Santagapita hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Téo Rosa in the 29th minute of play forced WAU team's goalkeeper Benjamim Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Paiva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lionel Paly read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Benjamim Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tory Pryor in the 32nd minute of the match. After 34 minutes of play, FC Wil 1900's Tory Pryor made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benjamim Nunes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luiz Fernando de Toledo might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lionel Paly. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luiz Fernando de Toledo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 45th minute, Pirmin Jäggi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benjamim Nunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luiz Fernando de Toledo to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tory Pryor in the 50th minute of play forced WAU team's goalkeeper Benjamim Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Wil 1900's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Téo Rosa in the 51st minute. It was a well-played corner which Philipp Santagapita managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Luiz Fernando de Toledo struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Lionel Paly didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for WAU team. Benjamim Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pirmin Jäggi in the 55th minute of play. Luiz Fernando de Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When FC Wil 1900's Tory Pryor in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye WAU team's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of FC Wil 1900 booed when WAU team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mané Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lionel Paly made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Fernandão Lopes sent off a good shot on target. Benjamim Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tory Pryor in the 78th minute of play. Benjamim Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tory Pryor in the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Pirmin Jäggi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamim Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Curtiz Klein made in the 85th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ivan Dové however managed to control. Benjamim Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pirmin Jäggi in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Pirmin Jäggi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Wil 1900 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. When the referee ended the match the FC Wil 1900 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
